Menu and orders
Published menu pages are dated snapshots. The live ordering service checks availability, prices, fulfillment options and payment methods before accepting an order. The confirmed order and payment status shown by MRKT control the outcome, rather than a browser redirect or an advertisement.
Provide accurate contact and fulfillment information, review the confirmed amount and follow the options shown at checkout. Availability can change. The store can pause online ordering; check the live menu for current pickup availability.
Payment, changes and problems
Use only the payment methods offered for your order. Do not send card information through messages. If payment or order confirmation is uncertain, check the private order-status page or contact the store before paying again.
When you pay by InstaPay or mobile wallet transfer, send the exact amount shown on your order page to the account shown there, then upload a screenshot of the transfer. A screenshot is your statement, not payment: the order is accepted only after MRKT confirms the money in its receiving account. An unpaid order is released after the time shown on its page. If money arrives late or for a cancelled order, MRKT contacts you and returns it to the sender after checking. MRKT never asks for your PIN, password or one-time code. Delivery is charged by area, at the price shown before you pay.
For a change, cancellation, missing item or refund enquiry, contact MRKT with the order reference. The team must check the actual order, fulfillment and payment record. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights or promise a refund outcome before that review.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the service, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other customers. Keep private order links private. Ask the team about ingredients and allergens before ordering; photographs and descriptions do not replace that conversation.

Our privacy, messaging and data-deletion pages explain personal-data handling and optional choices. External social, map and payment providers have their own terms. Updates to these pages show a revised date; contact the store if an explanation is unclear.
