WhatsApp order updates
If offered, you can choose WhatsApp updates for your order, such as receipt, readiness or cancellation. The checkbox starts unchecked. Outside an active reply window, updates use a provider-approved template. Choosing updates does not give permission for marketing.
Replies and lead forms
When you message the store or submit a lead form, the team may respond to that enquiry using the relevant channel and its platform rules. A lead form or incoming message does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or conversion measurement.
Marketing permission
Marketing needs a separate, explicit choice for the stated purpose. Consent for an order update, email or a different purpose is not treated as marketing permission. You can ask the store to withdraw an existing marketing choice.
Optional Meta measurement
If offered on your private order-status page, a separate unchecked choice allows MRKT to send a conversion event to Meta. It can include the completed order’s amount/currency, a stable event identifier, the order reference, the page address without its query/fragment, the browser User-Agent and existing _fbp/_fbc browser identifiers when present. A valid phone number can also be sent as a SHA-256 hash for matching. For conversation conversions, a hashed conversation identifier and, where applicable, hashed phone are used. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous.
For a Click-to-WhatsApp journey, an actual click/referral identifier received with your message may link a completed order to that advertisement when you have chosen measurement. No click identifier is invented. This website feature does not install a Meta Pixel or create advertising cookies.
Measurement is independent of payment and order fulfillment. Declining or withdrawing it does not prevent ordering. It can stop future eligible event dispatch; information already transmitted is subject to the deletion process and the provider’s controls.
Withdraw or ask for help
Withdraw measurement using its available choice on your private order-status page or by asking the store specifically to withdraw measurement. STOP in WhatsApp withdraws order-update and marketing messaging permission; it does not withdraw measurement. Each withdrawal applies to its stated purpose. Keep your private order link private; it grants access to your order status.
