Information we use
Orders may include your name, phone number, selected products, order notes, fulfillment details and payment/order status. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in order notes.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, or send a lead form, we may receive your contact or platform identifier, message/form content, timestamps and delivery information. A message arriving from an advertisement may also contain a referral or click identifier.
The website and service providers receive technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and the page requested, to deliver and protect the service. We do not receive your social-account password.
Why we use it
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, answer enquiries, provide updates you have chosen, resolve payment or delivery problems, prevent misuse and maintain necessary transaction and audit records.
Optional Meta measurement is separate from ordering and WhatsApp updates. When available and explicitly selected, it can report an order event, amount/currency, stable event identifier and the browser or ad-referral context described in our messaging and measurement policy. Refusing it does not prevent ordering.
Service providers and external links
Hosting and authorized service providers help operate the website and orders. Meta processes communications and any optional conversion events sent to it. If online payment is available at checkout, the named payment provider handles its payment flow; do not send card details in messages.
Our website uses Google Analytics with analytics and advertising storage denied, advertising personalization disabled, and page addresses stripped of query parameters. It honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Google may receive limited technical and page/event information.
Google Maps loads when you choose to show the map. Opening social, WhatsApp, map or payment links takes you to an external provider whose own privacy terms also apply. Providers may process information outside Egypt.
Protection and retention
Access to customer information is limited to authorized staff and service providers. The new messaging service encrypts stored message/form content and outbound payloads; message-content retention defaults to 30 days and can be configured between 1 and 90 days. Optional website measurement context and its queued copy expire after seven days.
Order, payment, consent, security and audit records can remain where needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Copies already held by an external platform follow that platform’s retention rules. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional messaging or measurement, withdraw an available choice on your private order-status page, or contact the store to stop future optional communications. Sending STOP in a WhatsApp conversation withdraws transactional and marketing messaging choices.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before responding. See the data-deletion instructions below. We may retain necessary transaction or security evidence and explain any limitation.
